Integrity, Trust, and Respect We believe that integrity is paramount and hold ethics and honesty in the highest regard. We will do what we say we will do, and will strive to make decisions that are in the best interest of our Firm and to the clients we serve. Trust and respect provide the foundation of our relationships with our clients and with each other. We accept personal responsibility to hold ourselves to the values we share and for the timely resolution of disagreement with our colleagues. We are committed to doing so respectfully and honestly, and are confident in our ability to separate ideas from personal criticism. We recognize that although we may offer opinions and suggestions, not all of them may be adopted and, if that is the case, we will accept the prevailing point of view with grace.
