Some information we’d like to share….

On January 1, 2009, Scott Breen was elected as a shareholder in our firm.  Scott is a graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. 1997) and graduated magna cum laude from Mcihigan State University College of Law in 2000.  Scott is a frequent lecturer and author on business and real estate topics.  His practice focuses on business and corporate matters, real estate tax, and mergers and acquisitions.  For more information on Scott, click here.  We are pleased to have Scott as our newest shareholder.

Welcome to the law firm of Foster Zack Little Pasteur & Manning, P.C.  Our firm traces its history to 1883, when Rollin H. Person established a Lansing firm from which we trace our roots. We opened our Okemos office in January of 2001. 

The firm, which presently consists of 10 lawyers and a full complement of support staff, has lawyers who are licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, California and New York, as well as in Michigan.

The Firm’s philosophy is that excellent client service consists of a commitment to quality and the promise to find creative solutions to legal matters.  This conviction has guided the Firm throughout more than 160 collective years in the practice of law, and keeps the Firm at the forefront of business, tax, employment, real estate, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and trusts and estate planning law.

We counsel businesses, families and individuals with a commitment to the success and well being of the client.  We are problem solvers.  Our focus is to work directly, effectively and efficiently with clients to help them reach their desired outcome or goal.  While our core activity is legal services, we develop alliances with others rendering compatible and complimentary services and products to provide resources to serve our client's needs and we keep clients well informed as to the progress of their projects.  Our goal is that clients will find working with us to be an easy and productive experience.
